The goal of the workshops is to establish the gold standard in our sport, what does it take to win medals at the Olympic Games?
We will analyse where we are at the moment as a high performance system, and discuss the programmes and initiatives we require to bridge the gap.
The Olympic debrief we have been conducting the past couple of weeks will feed in to this process.
The sessions will be based around the seven AIS performance drivers and we will have presentations from experts at the AIS in many of the subject areas. More information on this will follow.
