Notice of Special General Meeting and Annual General Meeting
Attention all Member Associations, Life Members, and Members
This notice is to advise you of the upcoming Special General Meeting and Annual General Meeting of the members of Artistic Swimming Australia Ltd.
Date: Wednesday, 23 November 2022
Time: 5.30pm AWST, 7.30pm AEST, 8.30pm AEDT
Location: Virtual Meeting via Teams
We expect that both meetings will be concluded by 6.30pm AWST, 8.30pm AEST, and 9.30PM AEDT.
Please RSVP to this email to receive your Teams link to the virtual meeting. PLEASE NOTE: you will only receive the link if you are a registered and fully financial member of ASA - no exceptions.
Please note the Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting will be held under the new Constitution registered dated 27 November 2021 - version 1.2 - registered 17 August 2022.
Please have all other Annual General Meeting motions and nomination forms forwarded to this email address prior to 8pm AEST, 5pm AWST, on 2 November 2022.
There will be no State Meeting following on from the Annual General Meeting as per previous years, this will be held at a separate time once the new Board has been appointed.
An agenda for both meetings will be forwarded no later than 2 November 2022 as per the Constitution.
