In addition to her club coach experience, she has ten years of experience as a national coach in Hungary, Australia, and Switzerland.

Performance Director Richard Vaughan commented, "It is great to have Krisztina on board; this is a critical role for us as we need to move the technical, artistic side of the pathway system forward. This position will be responsible for a wide range of programmes we are developing, such as the Emerging Squad, support for performance-focused clubs, the rollout of the AMS, and the coach and judge pathway development.
This role would not be possible without the support of the AIS, and we thank them for their continued support through to Paris 2024."
Krisztina Szedlak commented, " I am very excited about starting work in my new role as the National Pathway Coach and helping to develop the sport in Australia. And I cannot wait to get started."
