Artistic Swimming Australia have a position vacant for General Manager People and Culture.
The General Manager, People & Culture, will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving a high performance culture across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Board, the successful candidate will oversee the implementation of people strategies, policies, and frameworks to enhance organisational alignment, integrity, and productivity. This role will be partially responsible for ensuring key recommendations provided in a recent review of the high performance pathway are implemented to a high standard. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate
effectively with the board, staff, and key stakeholders.
