Attention: all Member States, Life Members, Affiliate Members, Individual Members and Club Members.

This Notice is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Members of Artistic Swimming Australia Limited.

Date: Monday 11 November 2024

Time: 4.30pm AWST, 6.30pm AEST, 7.30pm AEDT

Location: Virtual Meeting via Microsoft Teams

We expect that the meeting will be concluded by 5.30pm AWST, 7.30pm AEST, 8.30pm AEDT.

Please RSVP to Emma Gerovich, Company Secretary, at secretary@artisticswimming.org.au to receive your Microsoft Teams link to the virtual meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: you will only receive the link if you are a registered and fully financial member of ASA - no exceptions.

Please have all other Annual General Meeting motions and nomination forms forwarded to this email address prior to 11.59pm AWST on Monday 14 October 2024.

An agenda for the meeting will be forwarded no later than 11.59pm AWST on Monday 21 October 2024 as per the Constitution.
