Pathway Coaches Network

The Artistic Swimming Australia (ASA) Pathway Coaches Network (PCN) is the perfect opportunity to bring together all the stakeholders of the Pathway (coaches, experts, administrators, and support partners) to connect and share learning and develop a learning hub of continual development.

As part of the Pathway Coaches Network, the coaches receive regular communication and continual professional development opportunities through ASA, the AIS, and other State institutes. A breakdown of the support is below:

•    Regular mentoring and contact with the National Head Coach
•    Access to the learning and development support as outlined in the Virtual Support calendar
•    Expert support from Allistair McCaw
•    Monthly Synchro Scoop Pathway Newsletter
•    Support and development through AIS and State Institute leadership and development programmes e.g., AIS Elevate Program
•    Best of all, it is FREE! 
•    The only requirement is your motivation and commitment to becoming a better coach.
