ASA has taken the opportunity to revise current National coach practice and amend it to extend the current coaching roles in line with the Paris Olympic Cycle so that the coaches will be in place for three years 2022 – 2024.

ASA is looking to appoint :

• Six (6) National team coaches. From this group ASA will allocate selected coaches to senior, junior and youth squads.
• Athlete transition coach. This position is specifically targeting transitioning (retiring) athletes and will be open to athletes who have retired in the last four years. Likewise this position will be for the rest of the Olympic cycle.
