Hypoxic Training Course

It has been identified that Hypoxic Training, particularly when coupled with certain underwater swimming skill development drills, can present an unacceptably high risk.

Consequently, and with the welfare and safety of swimmers foremost,  Artistic Swimming Australia Inc. has developed this online course/presentation.

This presentation articulates the risk and lists practices that should be followed by coaches, swimmers, officials and others associated with artistic swimming environments to reduce the risk to acceptable levels. 

Hypoxic Training Course ensures coaches and other associated members take the appropriate measures when conducting training sessions.

Important: This course is compulsory for all coaches and we encourage other members to take this course too.
